Mosaic Monday, Wednesday Wit and Wisdom Clue

Here's your challenge for Wednesday Wit and Wisdom #5 for October 8th.  Most of us have gone through some interesting times buying or selling a house. What's your experience? Good or Bad, Funny or Sad.  Check out the instructions for linking in on Wednesday here and join the fun on Wednesday.

I had fun creating this collage in PicMonkey, and none are retouched.  The top picture is plumbago, then moving clockwise, Caladium, then two different kinds of cactus (I love the cabbage-looking one), then Russian sage, then the beautiful yellow esperanza.  These pictures were taken on the 30th of September.  All is still blooming in Texas.

Have a fabulous Monday!

Linda Kay

It's my dream to one day have a garden again. City apartment living and lots of traveling are not working to keep things alive for too long.

Wife and I have purchased one house. 38 years ago. Don't remember much about the purchase.

Lovely collage. The leaf with the pink burst of color is very pretty. I have seen other varieties like this.

"Esperanza" is my favorite Spanish word. The flowers called 'esperanza' are also beautiful.

I look forward to your story on Wednesday! Lovely to see what you have blooming and growing in your garden right now, definitely different to what we have growing here!! xx

Oh, lovely collage of tropical flowers, Linda♡♡♡
I don't think I'm familiar with these flowers like 'plumbago, esperanza'. I like the color of caladium and the cabbage-looking cactus is cute:-)

Oh, dear. I've bought and sold so many houses. I hope I die where I am. I don't ever want to move again.

Love,
Janie

Beautiful collage, Linda. I especially love the Caladium. I tried to grow them here --but our weather won't permit it.. SO--I switched to Hosta --which love it here.

Hugs,
Betsy

and a little jealous that you still have blooms :(

I have never been able to recall names of plants.
My mom was a master gardener.
She could tell you the name of many plants and the story behind them.
Now that she has dementia she cannot recall any of that. so sad..
