Ft McKavitt Chapel

Joining in today with Inspired Sunday.  Thanks for hosting!

The following are two pictures from a beautiful little chapel at Ft. McKavitt on the Forts Trail in Texas.

It was so beautiful in it's simplicity and rock construction.

Have a blessed Sunday

The rock formation in this church is very interesting. Sometimes, I wish we had little maps on our blog to see where these places are located. I've not been to Texas or many of the southern states except for Arizona and New Mexico.

Hi Linda Kay, The stonework is great! Years ago they must never had thought the plants would grow so tall. Tom The Backroads Traveller

Those trees seem to grow out of the church.

For a moment, I thought the trees were part of the building!

It's a beautiful church.

The trees do look like part of the building. They look like wings. It's a great photo.
