Lighthouse #5 - Marshall Point

I really hope you don't tire of lighthouse pictures. I love sharing these with you. My lighthouse for today is Marshall Point. Wikipedia has a good description of the lighthouse and its history.

Remember we had a three hour boat tour to see lighthouses, so this one is from the sea.

This is the view from the house looking out at the lighthouse. Note that Wikipedia says the lighthouse was featured in Forrest Gump! Joining in with Sally today for Blue Monday....more water!

Do you have your Chocolates? What an actor...Tom Hanks. Be sure to see his new movie Bridge of Spies. It's well done. For those of us with vivid memories of the 60s and 70s..this is a must see.

I love lighthouses and have a Pinterest board devoted to photos of them! I ahve not been to a movie theater to see a movie in ages--I will see if I can find this Tom Hanks movie laying near me. He's a favorite actor.

I want to see Bridge of Spies! Really did NOT like Forrest Gump! It's hard to explain why. I'm probably the only person who didn't. :-) Beautiful lighthouse. I have been talking up Wed Wit & Wisdom when I can...you need more contributors! Most people just don't want to take the time to write something creative!

I can't imaging getting tired of lighthouses. We saw Bridge of Spies and rarely go to the movies. This was a great movie and Tom Hanks was his usual good actor self as was Mark Rylance (of Wolf Hall fame, PBS) as the Russian spy.

You do like your lighthouses. They are all pretty but I've never seen many in my lifetime so it's nice to visit yours.
