Valentine hearts

It's Valentines Day! My hubby and I will be first attending a get together with some friends at 4:30, then going to a dinner sponsored by our youth group at the church as a fund raiser. It is so delightful to have these young people all dressed up as wait staff, serving our salads, then entrees, then desserts very formally. And the food is always delicious. The charge is merely $25 per person.

Remember these? I had to buy a small bag of them, just for old time's sake.

Have a lovely day!

Linda Kay

Happy Valentine's Day. How lovely to have a special dinner to attend, and what a great find in those conversation hearts. I have not seen them for many years.

Sue makes sure that we have some of those hearts. I have used some in my V post too -- to appear later today.

These candy hearts are a very olde tradition. When I was a kid in school, our Teacher would pass these out to all the kids with a valentines card for each child, do no kid was ever left out :) Have a nice day Kiddo to you and yours.

Our church has done the valentine's dinner thing with the kids serving in the past. But I think we don't have enough kids of the right age right now.

Happy Valentines Day You Two.

Hubby and I this year are being with tenants

downstairs for Pot Luck supper in our Apt.

We went to our daughters church and the teens did that for all too. Was delicious like you say . We went about five years in a row and yes the same price.

My hubby got those candies also. That was always little touches of goodies we liked also. With all those sweet sayings.

oh got to get ready to go.

Enjoy!
