Octoberfest

As I mentioned on Monday, we celebrated Octoberfest in Fredericksburg this past weekend. Here are a few shots to share with you.   Lots of good food, mostly related to sausage and saurkraut:

Vendors with everything German and Bavarian:

We had a perfect weekend with every room and B & B in Fredericksburg full. I have somehow lost my OomPah band video, but guessing you can live without it!

Those dolls are so adorable! Bet you had a barrel of fun. We really enjoyed the Fredericksburg Oktoberfest a few years ago and stayed in a wonderful B and B.

There's a city in southwestern Ontario that does a big Oktoberfest every year. I've never gotten out to it.

Lovely photos! My niece in Germany sent me several photos of her and her friends celebrating Oktoberfest in their town.
